Need help

So I’m 3 Days late, haven’t tested. Sore boobs and nipples, tired, nausea (no vomiting), vivid dreams and now white thickish cm.. I have a picture of it but and I’m hoping someone could tell me if it’s what theirs looked like in early pregnancy.. please help.
