Menopur Injection Question

I am staring my 2nd cycle today and have changed medication from Gonal F to Menopur. My dose is 262,5 Menopur and the Nurse made said that after mixing it with the water this will be 0.43ml I need to inject. Can anyone explain this to me? I am a bit nerveaus about this.
