Hello everyone!
So I'm seriously freaking out about the whole birthing process and scared that I wont be able to handle the pain or even get an epidural because the thought of having a needle in my back scared me so badly. I just need some advice I'm having horrible anxiety attacks about this. I'm so excited to be pregnant and bring a child into this world, just wondering if this is normal 😐
