Advice and tips for WL?
Hi everyone! Seems that everyone is in order of a congratulations! Everyone here is trying to better themselves slowly and increase their health! 👏🏻 does anyone have any advice on how they got healthy that is manageable? I recently lost about 30 pounds but put back on most of it so I'm really down about it. Need something to help me get to where I should be and have it be enjoyable and change my mindset!
