pregnancy
i was light spotting on and off for like a couple days and now the spotting has stopped today and i feel like little tiny bit of pain but all i feel now is like light headed . did i miscarry? whats going on? this is my first pregnancy and they said i was about 2-3 weeks pregnant or so.
