I don’t know what to do about my nose piercing anymore 💔

I love my piercing so much, it really fits my face when it looks nice but I keep getting this constant bump, I’ve used expensive jewelry, and clean it so much so I know it’s not dirty. It goes away sometimes but not completely 💔 I use saline solution and tea tree oil and noting seems to work. This happened with my cheeks as well, my skin is just so sensitive. It’s embarrassing walking like this. Any advice?

Edit; I just put this hoop in I had a stud, if I barely pull or hit my piercing (on accident) it gets a bump every time.
