Bedtime transitioning
So my daughter just turned 10 months old. Every night I put her to bed with a warm bottle. I’m going to switch her to sippy cups really soon (like tomorrow after I go buy some lol). How can I start putting her to bed without a bottle? Should I feed her first and then lay her down? Her bottle is definitely a comfort thing. I’ll go check on her at night and she’ll wake up a little and sip it and fall back asleep even if it’s empty. She even snuggles with it sometimes. She’s been off pacifiers for a long time though and I’m not giving them back. She’s gone to bed with a bottle every night for months and I’m realizing this is gonna be a tough change for her.
Any one have experience with this? What did you do? Or is this not that big of a deal? I’m going back and forth because I’m thinking about how I bring a water bottle in my room every night. If I eventually switch her to water in a sippy would it be alright?
Ahh sorry guys this is my first kid lol TIA
