34 weeks and I have been experiencing nasty lower back spasms when I get out of bed, or bend down to fast/twist. Has anyone else had these? I didnt really have them until I hurt my back cleaning the house about a week ago. They do not come at normal intervals, its just when I move too suddenly...how do you deal with them if you do? there are some times if my hubby isn't home I just have to lay there in pain because literally can't move without them locking up >_<
