am I really having TWINS?

I went to the hospital yesterday because the past two days I was lightly bleeding, severe cramps and lower back pain. I thought I was having a miscarriage, well the ER did an external and internal ultrasound, blood work and a pelvic exam, to come to the conclusion I'm probably having twins. They see another baby but until I'm 6 weeks they can't listen for two heart beats. I have to go back tmrw for more blood work and get another ultrasound next week. ❤️ June 2018
