advice ladies

as you can see by my photo, I had my period 14th to the 19th and sexual intercourse 21st. I didn't realize I was on my last pill which I had the 20th and I started bleeding this morning and my stomach is tender and sore. could this just be from not having the pill in a few days or a chance of implantation.
