Women with Mirena IUD PLEASE help!

For women with Mirena, or another 5 year hormone releasing IUD, when your period lightened and then stopped (if it did) do you still get period symptoms around your period just without the bleeding?

I've missed my last two periods, took a pregnancy test after I missed the first one and it was negative. But I still have very sore breasts, slight cramping, and a LOT of In and off bloating.

Can anyone relate??? Please share your experiences, I'm feeling like this is out of the norm 😭
