Losing more than 2 lbs. weekly?

Ca

So, I've been heavy my whole life, but I've never eaten very much. Active, enjoyed sports, ate healthy, but was never a healthy weight.

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS after years of problems and finally demanding hormonal testing.

Turns out, the amount I was eating wasn't the problem, it was the foods I was eating, even in a balanced diet. So, I changed the way I eat and I drink plenty of water.

I lost 15 lbs. in 3 weeks and I'm wondering if it's healthy or if I should try to slow it down because everyone, including my doctor, says it's not healthy to lose more than 2 lbs. a week.

I actually want to exercise daily, but I lose even more when I exercise and I'm just a little nervous about it.

Sorry for the long post, sometimes the back story makes a difference.
