I got the Mirena on October 4th. How effective is it? Has anyone used it? Does it help with irregular periods? Also TMI, can my fiancé cum in me without me getting pregnant?

It may help your periods. It may make them worse. Everyone's experience is different. Give it 6 months and see what happens.
