Has labor started?

I am 29 weeks pregnant with my second daughter last night i had a very strong pain between my legs and it hasn't really gone away my first pregnancy my water broke at 37 weeks and i had to have an emergency c-section i was told by my ob to be very careful because there is a possibility that this pregnancy i may go into preterm labor as well. I've been nesting a lot lately and washing all the baby clothes for her my daughter has been rubbing my belly a lot and only wants me to carry her could i be going into labor?
