so, I'm 40 weeks on Sunday. I've been stuck at 1cm dilated for a month with no progress at all... what can I do? My Dr won't induce until after 42 weeks and I just can't take it anymore. I've had such a bad pregnancy... what at home induction methods worked for you? We have sex every day, I eat so much pineapple and spicy foods, I walk daily... I can't insert primrose tablets in my vagina as I'm allergic to them and I can't have raspberry tea either. help.
