SEVERE tailbone pain..

I had my baby 2 weeks ago. I've been having severe tailbone pain since about a month before she was born. The dr said it was just because of the pressure.. fast forward to today.. 2 weeks and a day after she was born and it still hurts just as bad of not worse!! Anyone ever experienced this? If it were from pressure it shouldn't be hurting considered she's not in there causing pressure anymore! Help?!
