As an athlete in college I feel like there is an increased pressure to be very fit. I already have issues with the way I look and feel that this just adds to it. On top of that the other day our trainer gave us a meal plan, it’s making me feel like I have to change the way I am/ adding to my negative feelings, I’m currently about 5’ 6” and around 155-160, I believe that I shouldn’t be feeling like this but I can’t help it. Does anyone else have experience with this, or advise to deal with the way I’m feeling. I attached a picture just so you guys have an idea of what my body type is.
