Hypothyroidism ?

Hi ladies ☺️ so, I haven’t been diagnosed yet. I was just wondering... do my symptoms sound like a thyroid issue?? 
Chest pain (minor) 
Leg pain 
Arm pain 
Back pain 
Irregular periods 
Spotting
Crunchy neck
Cough 
Tired
Distended stomach 
Low blood pressure
Goiters in throat
Ear pain
Nasal congestion 
Hungry all the time
Stomach pain 
Swollen glands in neck and collar bone
Scalloped tongue
Swollen one side of thyroid

I mean sounds like you need a doctor appointment ASAP. I had hypothyroidism undiagnosed for years & didn’t suffer like what you are describing. Fatigue, weigh gain, sore throat, dry skin, Grey hairs, light or irregular mentation.. that is every symptom I’ve had over the years while I had undiagnosed hypothyroidism. Once diagnosed & put on the RIGHT dose of meds I have little to no symptoms. I’m 9 Months pregnant & I wouldn’t say I have experienced any symptoms caused by my thyroid disease- with that said I now take the proper medication for hypothyroidism.

I know this is an old thread, but I have several of those symptoms and I am deficient in several minerals and vitamins. I had a very crunchy neck and I thought it was from my accident years ago, but when I started taking several minerals my doctor tested me for it got a lot better. Worth having someone check all your levels for D, B, selenium, iodine, iron, thyroid, etc.

Some of those symptoms are similar to the symptoms one would experience with type 2 diabetes. If you haven't been to a doctor yet and had blood work done, getting the facts about your help status will help you get a better idea of what's going on!💉
