any suffering from really bad hip pain?

I have been noticing over the pass few days that my hip pain has been getting worst. now.i can barely walk. can't sleep on my side and am miserable. am going to see my Dr tomorrow because I can't work in this condition. any of you ladies know what I can do to minimize the pain?

Night time has become absolute hell. Pillows between legs seems to help some but shifting I feel like my hips are coming apart. Even come movements during the day are starting to cause it.

Hips dislocate up to 25 percent during pregnancy especially near labour time! All part of it unfortunately. Ligaments stretch to allow it which causes the pain and can make it hard to walk. I had bad days that lasted a day or two before easing. Then a week later same thing again.

Yes! Sitting in butterfly position helps me. I found if I tuck a blanket so I can lay on it yet still on my side at like a 45-70 degrees angle helps a lot too. If it’s way bad I even put my legs in butterfly position then 😂

Yes, do me it still in me its been a month, but my Dr. Told me its normal it just a pressure she recommend me to use some icy hot, use a heating pad or whatsoever.

My hip pin started today, mainly on the left side. I thought maybe I slept on it wrong. I don’t know, I’m at work now and it feels okay. My back is starting to hurt. And I still have 7wks to go

I see a chiropractor who specializes in prenatal. My sacrum has actually shifted out of joint and it caused my right leg to go weak. She shifted it back in place and I see her every week. My boy is super low so he’s played hell on my hips and pelvis. I also have the Velcro belly band, it helps alleviate some of the weight.

wrapping them might help.  a friend gave me a Velcro belt thing to wrap my hips.  I'm bigger then her so it doesn't fit but it's worth looking in to!  She said it helped her a lot.

I've been suffering from hip pains as well..i have been soaking in Epsom salt about 30 minutes every night..but I was told I could take Tylenol by my OB
