Trying to have a baby!

So spontaneously my husband calls me (he’s gone a lot because he is in the military) and says he wants to start trying to have a baby!! I’ve been wanting to try for awhile now, just been waiting on him. I have endometriosis so we’re afraid that our journey with trying to get pregnant might be a little hard, not only that but my moms side of the family has had a history of getting hysterectomies. My mom had one after finding pre cancerous cells, and my sister at the age of 25 because of how bad her endo was. I’m 21 now so I’m nervous and excited!! So on to the question, I’m wondering what app I should use while trying to conceive in everyone’s experience is eve accurate with ovulation? Thank you!! ❤️
