Hand foot and mouth

Picture for attention!

My daughter has hand foot and mouth. She hasn't nursed in two days due to sore mouth and won't take a bottle either. Is this the end of nursing? I've been pumping just in case. Also what do you give an 11 1/2 month old once they begging refusing bottle. She's never had formula or milk.
