Menstrual, menstrual symptoms(PCOS), pregnant?

So on Thursday October 19 I was diagnose with PCOS. I haven't had a period since August and that was only because my old doc gave me this med to make it come. So now these past few days I've had lower back pain, gums hurting and my boobs hurting. I took a urine test while I was at the docs on Thursday and it was negative. So I guess it only leave two other things right???? Well I've never had my boobs hurt because of a period or even my gums??? The only time I've had my boobs hurt the way they do was when I "was" pregnant in February and didn't even know it because it was my first time and I don't get period so I didn't notice a miss one andddd then I bleed for five weeks and was having a miscarriage(didn't know because I started working out in January and thought it was because of that because it used to happen to me while I was in college running track) could it just be that my period is coming or that I'm having symptoms of a period?? Or could it be that when they tested it was too earlier to test that's why is was negative? Trying to have faith but not have my hopes up.
