Flagyl causes dehydration?

does anyone here took Flagyl medication for VB or yeast infection and realize that it really dehydrates you?

I have never taken it personally. I am a nurse and give it to my pts I know diarrhea is a major side effect and most of my patient's say they get diarrhea while on it. When you have completed the pills it should go away. make sure to drink lots of fluids during this time! Hope you feel better soon💪
