First time pregnancy
so first time being pregnant .. I just have a few questions and my Dr appt ain't for like a month. what can I do for my cold cause I know I can't take any medicine an I'm jus stuffed up and not feeling it???? How long can you lay on your stomach it's the only way I can get comfy ???? shrimp is it okay to eat I've heard yes and no ????
