Any healthy eaters out there????
What are some easy healthy diets to follow? I've got back in a workout routine for 3 weeks now and I need help with the food aspect of getting back in shape! I breastfeed so with that and working out I ALWAYS feel the need to eat! I try to eat healthy and snack healthy but Somedays I just need a cookie 🍪. And now that the cooler weather is here, it's my baking season! I love to bake!
Here is my normal day of food:
Breakfast I eat a bowl of cheerios with flax seed and almond milk and a small glass or orange juice( everyday)
Lunch I usually do a bowl of some kind of soup.
Snack I do yogurt with granola and chex mix for a later snack
Dinner we always do a meat then I will do a side of potatoes and a veggie. ( I have been eating smaller portions)
I don't think I eat too bad. Any tips? I just really want to live a healthy lifestyle especially when it comes to food! How do you stick to it and not give in?
