29 weeks pregnant

Kayla

So I am currently 29+1 weed pregnant. I always get asked if I can feel the baby move and I found out at my last ultrasound, which is done by a tech in the same office, that I have an anterior placenta, I am always saying no I can’t feel her move unless I’m relaxed in a chair or laying down due to the placement of the placenta. At my last appointment the doctor asked me in the room if she is active and I said I wasn’t sure, while checking for the heartbeat she stated she got 2 kicks..I didn’t feel it. I am not sure if the doctor and the ultrasound tech communicate or if the doctor actually looks at the notes/pictures themselves. I see my doctor tomorrow and I plan on bringing up some questions regarding delivery with an anterior placenta (first child and unsure about it all) but if she doesn’t know that I have an anterior placenta should I find a new doctor/obgyn?
