Everyone’s body is different. I wouldn’t suggest a “diet” but eating right and light exercise are good for everyone! Don’t do any intense workouts and make sure to okay all your choices with your OB! Also, don’t push yourself too hard.. you’d be surprised how winded you’ll get now since your body is also supporting another.. ❤️

It's not a good time to diet, but you might end up dropping weight because of eating better like I did. I haven't gained any weight this pregnancy.

I’d start doing low intensity exercise and eating healthier. Taking time to walk every day or even find work out videos on YouTube to do at home. You’ll learn your own limits. Don’t push hard. As for your diet start eating better. Instead of drinking soda or other high calorie beverages, drink water and real fruit juice. Regular pasta can be switched for vegetable pasta. Things like that can make a difference without seeming so drastic. Try to include a lot of vegetables in your diet and some fruit too. It’ll help with your energy. Another thing to stay mindful of is your portion size. I was your weight and eating small portions helped me lose 20lbs on its own. Good luck! Congratulations on the pregnancy.

I am 5'7" and 203...well, before I was pregnant. I am now 15 weeks as of tomorrow and weigh in at about 215.
My doc said that the first trimester is the best time to lose some weight, as long as it is in a healthy way. That way when you gain some on second and third trimester, you may even out at the end.
Just lots of fruits, veggies, lean meat, and water! And some light exercise. Definitely ask your doc, because everyone is different.
Plus, if you plan to breast feed, you lose weight like crazy!!
