Do you do kick counts?

Just wondering how many in their 3rd trimester do kick counts? I must confess I’ve only done it a few times. 😬 I have such a hard time distinguishing what is actually a kick he just kinda constantly moves around in there when he is moving, he’s also very active in general so I feel like I’d notice a change.

I only do kick counts if I haven’t felt her move around like she normally does.

She moves so much in general that I don’t have to. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and will lay there until I feel her kick and that reassures me. Then I go back to sleep. She is actually very quiet at night. A trend I hope continues after she is born.

The kick count tbing is to have 10 movements in an active hour. Pretty sure my baby does 10 kicks a minute so never needed to count lol

I've been doing them 2-3 times a day since about week 30... but that's only because lil girl never seems to move and a lot of time I only feel her while laying down quietly and paying attention. Some days I don't need to because she'll be active enough through out the day.

I don’t count!! I will freak out.. I’m that type to worry immediately and get anxiety!! But he moves how he usually does. If I notice a slight change then I drink orange juice or cold water & he will move around a lot. That reassured me that he is fine.😌❤️
