Has anyone been tested for fetal fibronecton and everything still turned okay with baby had a normal length pregnancy?

I went to my 32 week appt yesterday and they did that test on me bc I was having cramps, more discharge, and vaginal leaking. Well the test came back positive and my doctor said he wanted to see me again Friday morning but until then I’m put on bed rest and out of work. It has me extremely worried bc it puts me at high risk for preterm labor. And I just want to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby. But the way the doctors are acting they’re starting to make me extremely nervous, they’re acting like they did when I was having a miscarriage a couple years ago.
