Birth control and risks of MTHFR mutation. Do you have it what bc do you use? What fertility issues? How do you handle it?

“OCP users with the MTHFR 677TT mutation were at a roughly fivefold increased risk compared with those with neither risk factor. The risk of stroke with OCP use and MTHFR mutation is more than double that of either risk factor alone [49].”
I struggle with this mutation and was told by my doc it’s a miracle I didn’t have a stroke being on loestrin so long. Anyone else use progestin only?
