Make sure you start slow and be gentle on yourself at first.

I got cleared to work out at 6 weeks after my c-section. Just listen to your body!

Listen to your doctor, and listen to your body! Movement after surgery is great, but pushing it too far is not. I would talk to your doc, and see what he/she thinks, then tailor your workouts to how your body reacts.
