my son is 9 months old and i was wondering if i can give him juice thats diluted with water ? or do i have to wait till he’s a year

I wouldn't... there's nothing nutritious in it and there's loads of sugar... don't want him to have rotted teeth. Just give water, milk (or milk alternatives) and things like smoothies and even bone broth are great.

the american academy of pediatrics doesn't recommend juice for babies anymore.

I would talk to your pediatrician. Juice isn't good for anyone (especially our teeth). I only did water with meals other then formula until a year. Even then I give him just water, milk or water with a splash of juice. A container of apply juice lasts us months and months.

yes you can but I would do at least half water half juice because there is so much sugar in juice
