I’m from Australia and the LEGAL age is 16 but I have seen tons of post saying like 18 and stuff so I’m curious !

Canada. 16 BUT 14/15 year olds are allowed as long as the person is within 5 years of their age. (Called the close in age exception)

Last time I checked here in Alabama it was 16 but partner needs to be within 3 year age difference, but at 17 you have free range. That was quite a few years ago, so it may have changed.
