How often do you change your pad?

Hello, fellow pad users! I have a question: what is the normal amount of time you should use the same pad? I typically use 3 or 4 in one day. Is this wasteful or should i change it more? Let me know!

You should change it every time you go to the bathroom, from what I was raised to believe.

Put a new one on in the morning then change at Lunch or recess depends on the flow (it’s almost always at lunch)then get home and change it at night so I guess 2-3-4 it just depends on the flow of that day

it depends. i change it 3-5 times a day cause at times im heavy.
