Teeth starting to shift .. see below
Used to wear a retainer (metal) for years but quit when I got pregnant. My retainer is old and crusty looking lol because I’ve had it for years.... would it be ok to clean it up and start wearing again? This is not a joke I just wasn’t sure if the metal can hurt Baby ?
