Back labor?

Question

So my baby boy is posterior and stays that way. I've had a few false labor starts and they've been back labor, unfortunately.
Any moms that have experienced back labor have any advice or insight on what it'll be like?

Ohh and having someone have a hand massager ball works wonders in back labor. I kept yelling at my husband ..”rub my back rub my back” 😂😂

I only had back labor once and I have 7 kids. By the time I realized it was true labor I was 8 cm and barely made it to the hospital. It was intense low back pain. I would count my contractions from when I felt them in the front (like all my other kids) and they weren’t seeming to get closer/ and or long enough but I was having pressure and “felt” like I was I labor. Apparently I was suppose to be timing them from when the back pain started not the front so I wasn’t getting “long” enough contractions if that makes sense. I wouldn’t wish back labor on my worse enemy 😂
