Side effects of EPO?!!

Did anyone take evening primrose oil and have any side effects ?? I have been on it for 2 days now and today I am feeling kinda light headed and nauseous. This is the only thing new I have added recently to my vitamins.

I’ve taken it for a few months and never had any side affects but that’s me. I only noticed a huge spike in my cm, meaning it was doing what it’s supposed to. There are a lot of possible side effects to taking it though. Maybe it’s not for you if you are having a hard time with it.
