I have struggled like many with my weight sense I was little.
Recently I haven’t really been trying and I have been losing weight (well at least the scale says so). I don’t really have any before pictures but, my boyfriend and mother say I look like I have lost almost 50 lbs. I did buy a Bluetooth scale about a month ago and I started at 225 and today I’m 215 but when I first moved in with my mom about two months ago I was between 235-239 lbs.
I wanna get a gym membership but can’t afford one. I look in the mirror and see no change. It’s depressing to me.
I have noticed I crave junk food less and eat more salads. Cut out all soda without even trying and drink just water 99% of the time .
