Pains, maybe symptoms.?!?!?!

So as of recently my nipples are like super sensitive to where if you touch them it will hurt after a little bit or I will get random sharp pains in my boobs, my lower back hurts like it’s sore, I am cramping on my lower stomach and sometimes on my right or left side, I have been peeing a little more then usual and I am tired a lot more TMI: my poop is soft, and sometimes it’s almost like I am constipated.i took a test on Thursday, I am planning on taking another one the 31st. I will put my test down bellow, since I think I can see a super super faint line. Any thoughts.?
