first baby and scared

this is my first pregnancy. and I'm super scared. I had an ultrasound at what turned out as 5weeks and 6 days, heartbeat at 118. I'm so nervous after hearing about all the loses and sad stories that I'm going to have lose my precious baby. I've been working so hard everyday to make sure I eat more and have more nutrional things in my diet and take my vitamins everyday. on Monday we will have our 11 week ultrasound along with the first trimester screening. I'm so scared well go in and it will be bad news. I'm usually one who always looks at things with a good and positive idea but the idea of losing my child scares me. please don't judge me.
