Pregnancy rhinitis anyone?

Anyone else suffering bad with a really  stuffy nose?!! Making it hard to sleep at night and really annoying blowing my nose to clear it all the time :( What do others do that have it too??

I've had a runny nose and horrible sinus pressure. My usual go-to is motrin but obviously I can't take that anymore. I was able to nap about an hour and it helped.

Arm & Hammer has a saline spray you can irritate your sinuses with and also just use as a one time reliever. It’s pregnancy safe and even says it’s for pregnancy congestion. It’s saved me so much!!

I dab peppermint oil near my nostrils at bedtime. also breathe right strips can help. I haTe how they feel but they do help. and I carry a Vicks vapo inhaler for on the go relief

I've been using saline nasal spray to help. it helps to wet the inside of my nose enough to blow out what I can. then... I suffer more lol. the Vicks stuff gives me a terrible headache, so that's out.
