I have heavy periods so I use a tempos always and the first 2-3 days I’ll use a pad too. I’ve went through before. 😂

They all have great uses.
Tampons are great for women who are generally more active and need a method that won’t shift, or for women who find it more comfortable than pads.
Pads are non invasive and great for beginners or for those of us who actually can’t use tampons or other inserted devices for one reason or another.
Cups are excellent for no waste and those who are sensitive to chemicals, but can be harder to master.

I use pads because toxic shock syndrome and the cup both scare me, but nothing about pads scares me.
