Would you categorize the community you live in as diverse?
I live in NYC and the rent is too damn high. When I mentioned wanting to move to a former coworker, she very enthusiastically suggested I consider her home state of Maine. And couldn't quite understand why I wasn't jumping all over it. So thinking about where you live now, would you consider your community/town/neighborhood diverse? If not, do you think it's welcoming of different people? Is diversity a factor for you when deciding where to live (among things like good school district, etc)?
