Sharp pain lower left side... Normal?

I don't remember having this type of pain with #1. It's a sharp pain in my lower left side of my abdomen. It's not excruciating and it's not constant, but started today. I'm only 4 weeks. I'm pretty sure I'm being paranoid and just feel more nervous than I ever did with my son. Anyone have insight?

My nurse told me today that left pain could be from constipation. Also if you're worried about an ectopic pregnancy more than likely you won't feel anything until like 6-8 weeks and once you feel that pain most the time pain doesn't go away at all, it just gets worse and fast.

I am having the same pains in my lower left side. Right around 4 weeks pregnant after having a MC last month. I'm a little scared but I know how awesome God is and that everything will be okay 😍😁💕

Me TOO!!! Ughh... so I had a Pap smear last Friday and when she was feeling inside I had a bad pain on my left side... I couldn't tell it if was pain or just comfort issues since her hand was inside of me! 🙈 fast forward to yesterday my husband poked me in the same spot and it hurt again, took a pregnancy test this morning and it was positive! Went back in and the doctor did an external exam and still pain.... she isn't too worried because it doesn't hurt unless I put pressure on it... I'm still worried about it tho.

I've been having that randomly too.. I've read that it's from getting a cyst on the side that you're egg came from (which is normal)  or it could just be round ligament pain from your uterus stretching out to make room :)

I am 4 weeks 2 days and started with the same sharp pain in the lower right side. This is baby #2 for me. I do remember having the same pain with my first around 5 weeks. It still worries me, but I am hoping it is normal this time again. I also have mild cramps sometimes.  Due July 6th!
