progesterone

so I just got done with my 1st month of 200 mg of progesterone and I'm 6 days late 1 week late tomorrow. exactly a week before my period I had 4 days spotting/light bleeding and every other say spotting when it was time for my period. nothing since took pregnancy test and they were negative. going to wait until the 1st before I take another test. what do you think are my chances of being pregnant and if I am pregnant would it hurt the baby if I don't take the progesterone.
