TMI what could this be?

I'm 11dpo and I thought I had implantation spotting on 6dpo but now I'm not sure what's going on. AF not due until nov 3rd. What could this cm mean and the little tiny red dot? Usually about 2 days before AF I start to get brown spotted cm but never bright red like this. Please help
