I’ve been going to the chiropractor since 20 weeks and it seems to help. I think my hips are staring to separate and it feels like there’s a 10lb weight hanging from my vagina 😳😳😳

I try to rotate more often from side to side in bed to help. You can take Tylenol or extra strength Tylenol. Feel better!

A pillow between knees AND feet helps me. Pillow just between knees doesn't help. My feet have to be separated too. Wish i knew that during my last pregnancy.
