almost 5 wks pregnant and H.I.I.T?

so I usually do 2 days og HIIT and 4 days lifting, my husband had back surgery and with him and 3 kids I used it as an excuse to slack for 3 months. The wk I got pregnant I had just started back so my question is: is it safe to continue or should I modify? I'm a healthy weight 109 lbs at 4ft 10 only health problems are hypothyroidism and I eat a pretty whole food diet only processed food is my whey protien shake w bcaas which Idk if that's safe either. new to working out while pg. I'd really like to not stop if possible I was just starting to see some tummy definition and I've got 3 babies my last a csec 14 months ago lol
