Help us come to a middle name conclusion?

My husband and I love “Leopold” (nickname Leo) as a first name for our little boy, but can’t figure out the best middle name.

“Michael” is a family name, but REALLY common in my husband’s family... like half of his cousins have “Michael” as a middle name.

“Daniel” is also a family name and we liked it for the meaning, but don’t want to necessarily do an homage to “Daniel and the Lion’s Den,” taking his first name into consideration.

Aurelien isn’t a family name, but my husband loves it, as it’s the French version (our heritage) of Aurelius and he’s a Roman history buff.
