I’m wondering if anyone else is dealing with a similar situation... my 7 month old puts himself to sleep after bath time, feed and story. He then wakes up around 10/11 for a feed and then he will then start waking up around 2 and then sometimes 3,4 and 5. This started the day he turned 7 months whereas before he would only wake up once or twice to eat and then would go back to sleep! We’re both getting so exhausted and I’m just not sure what to do, I’m not a huge fan of cio as it just breaks my heart so wondering if anyone has had dealt with anything similar and has some advice?
